Lacatena Fine Arts (LFA) promotes continuous investigation in the art historical field, exploring practices that are significant to the contemporary discourse.
By drawing on years of experience, vast research itineraries, long-term relationships and industry knowledge, LFA is uniquely positioned to encourage critical perspectives on the art world, and help collectors acquire notable works of art, both from established and emerging backgrounds.
LFA serves a select group of collectors around the world with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. LFA’s team strategizes all aspects of building a fine art collection, from acquisition to installation, conservation and collections management. LFA guides its clients through purchases from galleries, artist’s studios, private collections, and at auction - both domestic and abroad.
LFA engages with artists, art historians, galleries, and museums developing site-specific projects and exhibitions. The iteration Anteprima is a project dedicated to artists who haven’t yet received the commercial and/or institutional attention they deserve, introducing the possibility for their work to be represented on greater platforms.
LFA founder and principal, Art Critic, Francesca Lacatena, is frequently asked to share her expertise and provide in-depth analysis on a variety of art related topics to academic contexts, as well as relevant press.
